What's left behind the scenes

  • In many shots, the wheels of the cars appear square.
  • When Nick tells a scary story by the campfire, it's a retelling of Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sánchez's film “The Blair Witch Project” (1999).
  • It was based on mini-series about Jimmy's everyday life. Goddard’s trick of pretending to be dead is based on a mini-series where Jimmy and Cindy argue about whose pet is better.
  • To confirm DNA similarity and gain access to the club, Jimmy uses a hair. Hair does not contain DNA unless skin cells are present.
  • King Hubbot was voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson, and later re-voiced by Sir Patrick Stewart.
