What's left behind the scenes

  • Although "Ewoks: The Battle for Endor" belongs to the Star Wars universe, it contains many elements borrowed from our world, such as ponies. The question of "Where did they come from?" has been repeatedly asked by fans of the Saga, and the official Star Wars website stated that the animals have other, different from terrestrial, names, such as bordoks and guapas.
  • One of the main characters is named Mace, which is likely connected to the fact that J. Lucas once wanted to make Mace the main hero of his films. This name was later reused in Episode I: The Phantom Menace, but for a completely different character.
  • The soundtrack to the original Star Wars trilogy was composed by John Williams, while P. Bernstein's music is featured in "The Battle for Endor." However, one familiar melody – the Ewok theme – from Episode VI: Return of the Jedi sounds in several scenes.
