- The previous installment, "Fairies: A Winter's Secret," stated that fairies cannot be in the winter forest, so they hid their wings under warm clothing or were frozen by elves at the end of the cartoon. In the installment about the monster, the fairies' clothing had openings for their wings, and they could fly comfortably in the cold.
