What's left behind the scenes
- The film was directed by Guy Malik Linton, although in the credits he is listed under the pseudonym Declan Dale. This was done at the director's own insistence.
- The film is called Exposed in English, although its original title was "Daughter of God".
- The director's cut of the film was edited by Hervé de Luz, who had worked with Roman Polanski for many years. It was a surreal story about a Latin American woman who had been subjected to violence as a child. 70% of the dialogue in this version was in Spanish.
- This is the second joint project for Keanu Reeves and Ana de Armas. In 2015, Eli Roth's thriller "Knock Knock" was released, starring Reeves and de Armas.
- Work on the film starring Natalie Kelley was supposed to begin as early as 2009, but for a number of reasons, it did not happen.
- The film is called Exposed in English, although the original title was "Daughter of God".
