- The Sex Machine's (Tom Savini) gun can be seen in the Musician's case in the film «Desperado».
- The fictional beer brand Chango can be seen in various scenes of the film. The same beer appears in other Robert Rodriguez films – «Desperado» and «Sin City».
- The band playing in the bar is Tito & Tarantula.
- The Fuller family received their surname in honor of director Samuel Fuller.
- The film's title was taken from drive-in theater signs. The sign 'From Dusk Till Dawn' indicated a continuous nighttime showing.
