What's left behind the scenes

  • The film was originally titled "Lockdown," but Sony decided to rename it to avoid confusion with another film of the same name released in 2002.
  • In an article for the German publication Berliner Kurier, Wolfgang Lindner recalls Steven Seagal's strange behavior on set. The actor was constantly accompanied by a Buddhist advisor, whose opinion on Seagal's karmic state was a sufficient reason for him to halt filming for the day.
  • Some aerial shots were taken from filmed but unused episodes of "The Rock".
