- Rotoscoping technique was used in the making of the animated film. This is an animation technique where an animated or combined film segment is created by frame-by-frame redrawing of filmed footage with real actors and sets. Ralph Bakshi used this technique in his work on the animated films "The Lord of the Rings" (1978) and "Fire and Ice" (1983).
