Short description
Despondent over the closing of his karate school, Cobra Kai teacher John Kreese joins a ruthless businessman and martial artist to get revenge on Daniel and Mr. Miyagi.
What's left behind the scenes
- According to the plot, Ralph Macchio's character was supposed to have a romantic relationship with Jessica, played by Robin Lively, but he asked for their relationship to be made platonic so as not to upset his wife. Moreover, he was already 27 years old, while Lively was only 16.
- 2,000 other applicants auditioned for the role of Mike, but Sean Kanan got it.
- Sean Kanan performed all the stunts himself, even the one where he throws himself forward and falls on his stomach, which required 20 takes to film. After filming this scene, Kanan was hospitalized with internal bleeding.
