Short description

What's left behind the scenes

After filming in Minnesota at sub-zero temperatures, Walter Matthau (1920-2000) fell ill with bilateral pneumonia.
Dean Martin (1917-1995) and Jerry Lewis (1926-2017) were considered for the roles of John and Max, respectively, but both declined the offer due to Martin's poor health. Martin and Lewis were very close friends.
