What's left behind the scenes

In 1990, shortly before filming began on this movie, Michael J. Fox noticed a tremor in the little finger of his left hand. It turned out he had Parkinson's disease. In some scenes in the film, he is shown with his left hand in his pocket, presumably to hide the tremor in his little finger.
