Short description

The journey of a robot - ROZZUM unit 7134 - who is shipwrecked on an uninhabited island and must learn to adapt to the harsh surroundings. The robot overcomes early suspicions to build relationships with the animals on the island and become the adoptive parent of an orphaned baby goose.

What's left behind the scenes

The main character is named after the science fiction play “R.U.R.” (an abbreviation for “Rossum's Universal Robots”) by Karel Čapek, written in 1920.
