What's left behind the scenes

  • The film was initially intended to be titled "Dragonfly Man" for Russian release, but they ultimately settled on "Superheroic Cinema".
  • Jeffrey Tambor filmed all of his scenes in two days, during a break from shooting with Guillermo del Toro on "Hellboy II: The Golden Army".
  • Craig Birk is pictured as Wolverine on the poster and is also listed in the credits, but all of his scenes were cut from the film during editing, leaving only a scene with Richard Tillman in the same role.
