Bruce Wayne is still freshly Batman. While he’s been taking down criminals, one has continued to grow. Harvey Dent and Jim Gordon are on the trail of one Salvatore Maroni. Maroni has become an over looming threat in Gotham. Batman will have to use all his resources including being Bruce Wayne to take him down.
