- To prepare for the role of Christie Martin, Sydney Sweeney gained 13.5 kg (approximately 30 lbs). For about three and a half months before filming began, she exercised vigorously in the mornings: weightlifting for an hour, kickboxing for approximately two hours (usually during the day), and weightlifting again for an hour in the evenings.
