Short description
A single mother and her slacker sister find an unexpected way to turn their lives around in the off-beat dramatic comedy. In order to raise the tuition to send her young son to private school the mom starts an unusual business – a biohazard removal/crime scene clean-up service.
What's left behind the scenes
- The plot of the film is based on a radio report that aired on the news program of the major American radio company National Public Radio in 2001, which told the story of two women who opened a service in a Seattle suburb to remove and clean up hazardous organic contaminants. In the report, however, the women were simply good friends, not sisters as in the film.
