What's left behind the scenes
- This film is the final part of a well-known trilogy, the completion of which audiences had been waiting for almost 30 years – since the release of "Suspiria" (1977) and "Inferno" (1980). These are often considered the pinnacle of director Dario Argento's work and among the best horror films in Italian and world cinema.
- The film's promotional trailer was first shown at the 60th Cannes Film Festival in 2007. On this occasion, a restored version of "Suspiria" was also screened as part of the non-competitive Cannes Classics program.
- Daria Nicolodi and Asia Argento are mother and daughter in real life.
