What's left behind the scenes
- The thriller '13 Sins' is a remake of the horror comedy film '13' (Chukiat Sakveerakul, 2006). Ron Perlman specifically refrained from watching the 2006 film so as not to subconsciously form a preconceived notion of how he should perform his role.
- George Coe's final role. The actor passed away on July 18, 2015, at the age of 86.
- Two endings were filmed for the movie – an optimistic one and another where everything ends badly. The alternative ending can be found on Blu-ray releases.
