Short description
The rotting Creep himself is back with three new gruesome tales of horror that will make your skin crawl; a cigar store wooden Indian comes to life to avenge the store owner's brutal murder at the hands of three punks in "Old Chief Wood'nhead." The chills continue with "The Hitchhiker," The chilling tale of a woman who keeps running into, and over, the same mutilated man on a lonely road.
What's left behind the scenes
- In the novella 'The Hitchhiker', Stephen King's book 'It' can be spotted.
- Daniel Beer, who played Randy in the novella “The Raft”, nearly died of hypothermia. The water was so cold that his skin literally turned green. The film crew wanted to continue shooting, but director Michael Gornick said that if they insisted on immediate continuation, Beer would simply leave the project, so the actor was taken to the hospital, where he recovered, and only then did they finish shooting the novella.
- Midway through filming "The Raft", makeup artist Ed French left the project, and from then on, director Michael Gornick began to resolve issues related to the appearance of the stain-monster with Howard Berger and Greg Nicotero.
- Initially, Barbara Eden was cast as Annie Lansing in the latest novel, but shortly before filming began, her mother fell ill and she left the project.
- By the start of filming, the production was already 10 days behind schedule, due to unexpected rainfall in Arizona.
