What's left behind the scenes
- During the filming of the movie, the lead actor Scott Adkins injured his back, so some of the kicks were later performed by his stunt double, Brahim Achabbakhe. It was the first time in Adkins’ acting career that a stunt double performed fight scenes for him.
- An episode with a cockfight was removed from the version of the film released in the United Kingdom.
- The knife shown in the fight scene after purchasing the pendant is a Japanese tanto knife.
