Short description

It was a normal night in Las Vegas, Nevada, all the lights were flashing brightly, until a man with one hand, one eye, and one leg walks into a pawn shop with a statue of a hideous looking Leprechaun. The owner claims it's a good luck charm. The statue also wore a medallion around it's neck. The careless pawn shop owner took off the medallion setting the Leprechaun free...

What's left behind the scenes

Filming on location in Las Vegas was limited to just one night – the filmmakers simply couldn't afford more. Scenes of the Leprechaun walking along the Las Vegas Strip were generally filmed without permission.
Filming of the movie took only 14 days.
Initially, it was assumed that this would be the last film in the Leprechaun trilogy, but the film's VHS sales exceeded all expectations, and "Trimark Pictures" decided to capitalize on the opportunity and approved the filming of "Leprechaun 4: In Space".
The finale was filmed in one night. It included scenes of the Leprechaun sawing the magician, panic and the fleeing audience, footage with the characters of John Gatelyns and Lee Armstrong, in which the former also transforms into a Leprechaun, as well as a duel between the character played by Gatelyns and the Leprechaun.
