What's left behind the scenes
- When the film was planned for release in 2010, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra was considered as the project's director, and Rimi Sen could have played the main female role.
- Hrithik Roshan was impressed by actress Chitrangada Singh, who was considered for a role in the film and even began training in kickboxing in preparation, but was later replaced.
