Short description
Retirement at last! Middle-aged and divorced, company owner Richard Jones is looking forward to a worry-free existence as he arrives at his office on his last day of work. Much to his dismay, he discovers that the management buyout of his company was fraudulent. The company is now bankrupt and the employee pension fund — including his own — has been embezzled. Enlisting the help of his ex-wife Kate, Richard sets out to track down the shady businessman behind the fraud.
What's left behind the scenes
- With the exception of a few shots immediately after the animated credits, the entire film was shot in France.
- When the character throws a pillow at the cat, it remains on top of the sofa, but in the next shot the pillow is already in its usual place.
- During the baggage claim scene at the French airport, you can notice that the departure airport is misspelled: “London Heatrow” instead of “London Heathrow”.
- When the heroes enter the sea already in diving gear, their backpacks are too small for them. And it's unclear how they managed to pack Texas hats, clothes, wigs, and makeup into them.
- The heroes did not check out of the first hotel where they stayed. Moreover, they had no way to pay with credit cards. Therefore, it is unclear how they managed to stay in another hotel while their passports were still at the first one.
