Between the 38th and 39th minute of the film, Otto lists the capitals of European countries and says, in particular, "Finland - Helsinki." However, Seitz, apparently distracted by Frau Hofmeister, does not reprimand the boy for a clear mistake: the action takes place in 1914, when Finland was still part of the Russian Empire, although it had quite broad autonomy, just like, for example, Poland.
