Short description
Three women make an emergency landing on a planet plagued with a fatal disease, but are captured by dictator Overdog. Adventurer Wolff goes there to rescue them and meets Niki, the only Earthling left from a medical expedition. Combining their talents, they try to rescue the women.
What's left behind the scenes
- The ground equipment used in the film was rented from the creators of the film "Brainstorm" (1983), which was being filmed at the same time.
- Filming took about three months – from November 10, 1982, to January 29, 1983 – and was carried out in the desert of Utah, as well as in Vancouver.
- The film was shot for cinemas with special stereoscopic screens, so-called "3-D effects" – a widespread craze of the early 80s.
