- The film was based on an original screenplay titled “Valet” by Alan B. McElroy. Some elements of the original screenplay were included in the film.
- Filming took 34 days.
- The film was shot primarily at night using Sony digital cameras with anamorphic lenses. Most of the filming was done with natural lighting, as cinematographer Peter Simonite stated, at the insistence of director David M. Rosenthal.
