• Sebastian Stan performed all the stunts himself, with the exception of two.
• The screenplay for "The Bronze" was written by the lead actress, Melissa Rauch, and her husband, Winston Rauch.

• All the cafes and restaurants shown in the film actually exist. The house where Hope lived still stands on Brandt Avenue (still the same red, white, and blue), but the building that housed Pavlek's gym (formerly a pizzeria) was demolished in 2016.
• Olympic medalist gymnast Dominique Moceanu appeared in a cameo role in the film "Bronze." She was not born in Ohio, but spent most of her life there and currently resides near Cleveland. The film is set in Amherst, a town near Cleveland.
• The character of Hope is entirely fictional, while the town of Amherst is real. Filming took place in Amherst and its surroundings during the summer of 2014.
