Even before filming of the movie itself began, scenes with the computer-generated tsunami were created by experts from the specialized company Kerner Optical (which declared bankruptcy and ceased to exist in 2011). Water tanks used in the work on the adventure film "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" (Steven Spielberg, 2008) in California in November and December 2008 were used in creating these scenes.
