Short description
A young mute girl from Pakistan loses herself in India with no way to head back. A devoted man with a magnanimous spirit undertakes the task to get her back to her motherland and unite her with her family.
What's left behind the scenes
- The scene featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui at the beginning of the film was inspired by an incident in Karachi involving a Pakistani reporter with the same name as Siddiqui's character – Chand Nawab. Nawab's friends posted a video of the incident on YouTube, where it was seen by director Kabir Khan.
- Emraan Hashmi initially agreed to play the lead role in the film, but later terminated his contract, considering the role insufficiently substantial.
