Short description
After Megamind, a highly intelligent alien supervillain, defeats his long-time nemesis Metro Man, Megamind creates a new hero to fight, but must act to save the city when his "creation" becomes an even worse villain than he was.
What's left behind the scenes
- In the early stages of production, the film was titled “Master Mind.” However, later, due to disagreements with Marvel, which had already registered the phrase as a trademark, the film's title had to be changed.
- “Megamind” was the first DreamWorks film made in HDR (High Dynamic Range) format.
- The rain scene featured 700,000 water droplets modeled according to all the laws of physics.
- Working data occupied 179 TB on the studio's disks.
