Short description
A seemingly perfect family moves into a suburban neighborhood, but when it comes to the truth as to why they're living there, they don't exactly come clean with their neighbors.
What's left behind the scenes
- Almost all of the school scenes were filmed in one of the schools in the city of Marietta, Georgia. Students of the school were used as extras in these scenes.
- The title of the film “The Joneses” plays on the expression “Keeping up with the Joneses,” i.e., a reference to the fact that the average American family competes with its neighbors to see who lives better – if the neighbors buy a new car, then the average American family also needs a new car to show that they are no worse off.
