- When Poison Ivy pushes Robin into the water at the 99th minute of the film, she has nothing on her wrists. When she stands up from the flower, spiked bracelets appear on her wrists.
- When Batman, Robin, and Batgirl climb onto the telescope using grappling hooks at the 105th minute of the film, a member of the film crew can be seen in the bottom right corner of the frame.
- At the 108th minute of the film, during the fight against Batman, Mr. Freeze bends a railing with a blow, but in the next frame, the railing becomes straight again.
