- Before the trailer's release, the project's working title was 'Fonzo,' after which it became 'Capone.'
- During the chase in the garden, 'Nessan Dorma,' an aria performed by Luciano Pavarotti (1935-2007), is playing. The film is set in 1947, and Pavarotti could not have performed this aria then, as he was only 12 years old.
