What's left behind the scenes
- Filming took place in the hometown of the main character, Norwich, and the nearby Great Yarmouth.
- Some scenes from the film were shot on March 20, 2017, at the multi-purpose Staples Center sports complex in Los Angeles immediately after the broadcast of the WWE Raw wrestling program. One of them reconstructed a match between Paige and wrestler AJ Lee for filming.
- The film is based on the story of Saraya-Jade Bevis – a British wrestler performing under the name Paige, the first female champion of WWE NXT.
