What's left behind the scenes
- Many of the festive traditions and customs that Olaf "collects" for Anna and Elsa actually exist in Scandinavian countries.
- Initially, it was intended to be a television film shown on the "ABC" channel, however, during the work on it, the filmmakers and high-ranking employees of "Disney" decided that this project was too "cinematic" to be shown on television, and came to the conclusion that it should be released in cinemas. "Disney" even decided to release it alongside the animated film "Coco" (2017).
- At the very beginning of the cartoon, there is a scene with Olaf and a cake made of rings stacked on top of each other, together forming the image of a Christmas tree. This cake, traditional for Denmark and Norway, is baked from almond flour, and its name, "kransekake", translates as "wreath cake".
