What's left behind the scenes
- At one point, the authorities of the Balearic Islands considered suing the filmmakers, claiming they had used the name of an island in the film's title, even though filming was organized in Croatia. It was also alleged that the film's plot emphasized negative clichés and stereotypes about Ibiza, while the authorities were doing everything to get rid of them.
- The plot is based on a trip by Loren Kahn and her friends to Ibiza.
