Short description

FBI informant Jim Hoffman lures troubled automobile magnate John DeLorean to an undercover sting for cocaine trafficking.

What's left behind the scenes

While preparing for the film's premiere at the Venice Film Festival, Lee Pace, who played John DeLorean, managed to find an original DeLorean sports car somewhere in Italy. However, the car broke down at an inopportune moment, and it had to be manually pushed onto the red carpet for promotional shots.
