Short description
All the rules are broken as a sect of lawless marauders decides that the annual Purge does not stop at daybreak and instead should never end as they chase a group of immigrants who they want to punish because of their harsh historical past.
What's left behind the scenes
- We discussed filming the movie with Sylvester Stallone.
- Cassidy Freeman's character wore a special prosthetic belly to appear pregnant. She also often kept snacks there, which she would nibble on whenever she had a moment.
- On July 26, 2021, during a midnight screening of the film at a California cinema, twenty-year-old Joseph Jimenez opened fire on the audience with an automatic weapon, killing two people.
