  • The image of Dracula was inspired by one of the versions of Count Orlok's appearance for F.W. Murnau's film "Nosferatu, a Symphony of Horror".
  • While working in Hollywood, Bragi F. Schut met a person who had previously worked on the film "Dracula" (1992). He became interested in a model of the ship "Demetr", which was used in the film, and began writing a screenplay about a vampire on a ship in the style of the early "Alien" franchise films.
