- In preparation for filming, Mila Kunis (who played Molly) lost 9 kg, and during filming, she wore prosthetic damaged teeth (like those resulting from prolonged methamphetamine use). She also asked for her hair to be lightened, but in a way that made it look burned. In addition, the actress was covered in prosthetic scars.
