Short description
Benjamin Franklin Gates and Abigail Chase re-team with Riley Poole and, now armed with a stack of long-lost pages from John Wilkes Booth's diary, Ben must follow a clue left there to prove his ancestor's innocence in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.

What's left behind the scenes

  • All the characters in the film use Motorola mobile phones.
  • Riley works with an Apple MacBook laptop and also uses an iPod to connect to surveillance systems.
  • Ben’s father views the news on the MSN portal.
  • According to the film's plot, one of the 'Resolute' tables was made for Queen Victoria and is located in Buckingham Palace in London, and the film's characters have to overcome a number of obstacles to achieve their goal. In reality, the second table was gifted to Henry Grinnell's widow in gratitude for his contribution to the search for John Franklin's expedition. It was subsequently donated to the New Bedford City Museum in Massachusetts, where it remains to this day. A table made from the wood of the 'Resolute' bark was indeed made for the Queen and was located in Buckingham Palace for a long time, but it is not a matching table to the 'Resolute' and was made to a different design.
  • During the chase scene in London, when Wilkinson's jeep brakes around a corner, it can be seen slightly hitting a sign. The next shot shows the sign standing several meters further on the bridge, with nothing in front of the jeep.
