Short description
During a bitter 1964 Massachusetts winter, young secretary Eileen becomes enchanted by Rebecca Saint John, the glamorous new counselor at the prison where she works. Their budding friendship takes a twisted turn when Rebecca reveals a dark secret — throwing Eileen onto a sinister path.
What's left behind the scenes
- The film looks as though it was shot on film, but in reality, it was shot digitally using Alexa cameras from Arri with special lenses. According to cinematographer Eric Wegner, they considered shooting on film, but rejected that option due to the cost.
