Short description
A school teacher discusses types of government with his class. His students find it too boring to repeatedly go over national socialism and believe that dictatorship cannot be established in modern Germany. He starts an experiment to show how easily the masses can become manipulated.
What's left behind the scenes
- The film is based on Todd Strasser's book "The Wave." The book was written in 1981 based on the film of the same name released in the same year. All of these works are based on the real "Third Wave" experiment conducted by history teacher Ron Jones in Palo Alto, California.
