What's left behind the scenes
- It is claimed that Corina, played by Ruby O. Fee, once hacked the film "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" (Gore Verbinski, 2006) and released it online before its theatrical release. In reality, however, the fifth film in the franchise, "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" (Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg, 2017), was hacked at one point, a ransom was demanded for its return, but it was still released online. It is believed that changing the franchise element that was actually hacked and released online makes the story more plausible in terms of the character's age.
- Before the bank robbery in Prague, Brad, played by Stuart Martin, puts on a mask of the 37th President of the United States, Richard Nixon (1913-1994). This is a reference to Kathryn Bigelow’s crime action film "Point Break" (1991) starring Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves.
