What's left behind the scenes

  • The book on which the film is based tells the story of a real secret military unit that operated during World War II under the leadership of Winston Churchill.
  • Gus March-Phillips, played by Henry Cavill, was one of those who inspired Ian Fleming to create James Bond.
  • Filming began on February 13th in Antalya and ended in April 2023.
  • As part of preparation for filming, Eise Gonzales, who played Marjorie Stewart, had to learn to speak and sing in German. In addition, the script required her to speak Italian and French.
  • The cruiser of the Royal Navy shown in the film is a light armored deck cruiser of the 'Weymouth' type (also referred to as the 'Town' type, since all four cruisers initially built were named after cities). The film features 'Belfast', the last of the surviving ships of this type. Today, it is moored on the Thames and serves as a museum.
