What's left behind the scenes
- On December 9, 2021, the headquarters of the police department was filmed at the Benjamin Franklin Technological Institute. On January 26-27, 2022, filming took place in the building of a former elementary school in Braintree, Essex County, UK.
- During the coronavirus pandemic, certain rules had to be observed. All actors and the film crew were vaccinated and regularly (three times a week) tested for the virus until the very end of filming.
- Albert DeSalvo (1931-1973) confessed to committing the crimes attributed to the "Boston Strangler," however, many doubted the truthfulness of his claims. These included people who knew DeSalvo directly, people who had access to information about the crimes, and Robert K. Kessler (1937-2013) of the FBI, a specialist in criminal profiling.
