Leighton Meester and Hugh Laurie worked together on the series "House M.D." (2004–2012). Ali, Leighton's character in the series, was also in love with Dr. House (Laurie).
When David is talking to Nina in the cafe, the coffee level in Nina's cup constantly changes.
When David and Terry try Russian vodka, which he took from the mini-fridge, David is seen closing the bottle with a lid. And in the very next shot, he does it again.
At the beginning of the cafe scene, David receives a watch that subsequently disappears.
