What's left behind the scenes
- James Caan's last screen appearance. He filmed in a wheelchair (to which an oxygen tank was attached) as he suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and had recently had a heart attack.
- When Charlie, played by Pierce Brosnan, retrieves hidden money and weapons from his home, he looks nostalgically at one of the pistols before putting it away. It was a 'Walther PPK', James Bond's favorite weapon. Brosnan played the role of agent 007 in the Secret Service of Her Majesty from 1995 to 2002.
