M. Manikandan is an Indian filmmaker and cinematographer. After the release of his first short film, Wind (2010), he caught the attention of Tamil director Vetrimaaran, who helped produce his feature film debut, Kaaka Muttai (2014). The film premiered at Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) and was critically acclaimed.
