She is best known for her role as Andy Bernard's girlfriend Jessica on NBC's The Office.Seigler's first feature film role was in Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius (2004). She later appeared in Ruby Sparks (2012) and Screwed (2013). She also had roles in the American TV series The Office and How I Met Your Mother.
Seigler was married to Jay Kaplan until his death in 2008.
