Daniel L. Martin attended the Northern film school in leeds, graduating in 2019 with first class honours. He has since been honing his craft as an independent filmmaker, working on youth led campaigns which have been screened in Vue and Savoy cinemas. His films have screened in several festivals across the world, praised for their sensitivity and use of atmosphere. He often explores relationships with fathers, brothers and partners through a poetic lens to draw emphasis on the emotional journey of his characters, putting them in unique and intense circumstances.
